Social sports are a great way to stay fit and active, and with our great community at the The Y (formerly known as YMCA) you are bound to meet a great number of people. Whether you play with friends and family or with a team from work, Mt Albert The Y has a place for you. Our 5V5 Basketball League begins with a round robin. All teams are guaranteed a total of eight games every season, with the semis and finals being held in the last two weeks of the season.

Competition in the The Y basketball leagues in Mount Albert are a social league not a fierce championship, but you’re guaranteed to have fun, so come and get stuck in!
