Stages School age Intermediate; $170.00 per child
Age 7 to 14 years; Monday 4:30 pm (1-hour session)
Intensive Performance & Development Training; $220.00 per child

Classes consists of activities such as songs, rhymes, hand skills, and interactive play ideal for growth and development. Children learn the fundamental movement pattern through gymnastics-based activities with parents/caregivers actively partaking in a class with their tamariki. Age: 3 to 5 years
Classes focus on the development of fundamental movement patterns and gymnastics-specific skills. A skills-based programme, designed to introduce kids of any ability to gymnastics in a fun and engaging environment. Progress is monitored by a series of graded skills following The Y colors programmes. Age: 5 years
Children who complete the colours beginners programme progress to Stages - intermediate. Classes consist of basics they've learned from the Colours - beginners programme to more advanced skills. Age: 7 years
This programme is developed for children looking for the expertise of a one-on-one private session within a classroom environment. This highly sought-after one-hour session is taken by Coach Chanelle. Class numbers are limited to 10 students for a more personalised training session. Age: Intermediate-level gymnasts.
This unstructured free play session is the great activity for parents/caregivers to actively partake with their tamariki. These sessions are ideal for growth, development, balance and coordination. A perfect way to introduce your child to the world of gymnastics without the stress of following a class structure. Age: Walking to 6 years.
