Suitable for children aged 7–12 years, our Stages programme welcomes both beginners and gymnasts with previous experience in a fun and supportive environment. Sessions build on fundamental movement patterns while developing a wider range of gymnastics skills, including jumps, landings, rolls, bridges, handstands, cartwheels, and progressions on bar, beam, and vault. Children continue to develop strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning safe techniques from experienced coaches. The program also encourages friendship, personal progress, and a positive love of being active as gymnasts challenge themselves and build new skills each week.
Open to children who are crawling through to 6 years, our Community Play sessions are unstructured free-play for parents/caregivers to actively partake with their Tamariki. Children can climb, balance, jump and explore the gymnastics equipment at their own pace while developing fundamental movement skills, coordination, balance and confidence. These sessions are a fun and low-pressure way to spend time with young children while introducing gymnastics skills and promoting a love for movement.
