Turn your child's special day into a high-energy gymnastics adventure filled with fun, laughter and unforgettable memories!
Our gymnastics parties include a variety of age-appropriate gymnastics equipment including 3x beams, rings, bars, vault, a mini-trampoline and a variety of soft play equipment. This is an unstructured, free-play party with the gymnastics equipment (no coach present).
- 2-hour party - $295.00
- All parties include complimentary access to our separate kitchen/meal room for you to enjoy food and refreshments during your party.
- Our parties include up to 22 children. There is a charge of $8.00 per additional child for parties with over 22 children present.
- A Y staff member will intermittently check in with you throughout the party and will be available on request to assist you with any needs. Party hosts/parents must be present to supervise children.

- Bouncy castle hire - $55.00
- Extra hour in KITCHEN ONLY for set up/clean up - $30.00

Nerf Wars Birthday Party!
Lock, load and celebrate with an action-packed Nerf Wars party full of friendly battles, an awesome obstacle course and epic fun!
Our Nerf wars party includes Nerf blasters and safety goggles for all participants and a Nerf wars course! Participants must be 8 years or older. This is an unstructured, free play nerf wars party. No coaches are present; parent supervision is required.

- All parties include complimentary access to our separate kitchen/meal room for you to enjoy food and refreshments during your party.
- Our Nerf Wars party have a maximum limit of 22 children per party to ensure there is enough equipment for everyone.

Double the fun with a unique party experience combining exciting gymnastics adventures and your favourite sports all in one action-packed celebration!
Our sports and gymnastics parties include the gymnastics equipment set up on one side of the stadium and your choice of sports on the other. This is an unstructured, free-play party with the sports and gymnastics equipment (no coach present).
Choose up to 2 of the below sports:
- Basketball
- Volleyball
- Pickleball
- Or a combination of sports balls to be used for free play.

"I held my daughter's 5th birthday at YMCA Hamilton on 19th august. Our host for the party was good with the kids and helped us run to schedule. She was committed to health and safety regulations and helped to clean up afterwards. The bouncy castle was a huge hit with the kids, The gymnastics equipment was well set up and there was other equipment such as balls etc to play with. Great venue for larger party at a fantastic price. I have already recommended the ymca to others and will continue to do so. Such a fun day, everyone loved it!"
