Basketball Skills Lab at Massey Leisure Centre

Help your child elevate their game these school holidays with our focused Basketball Skills Labs. Each session is designed to develop one core skill through high-quality coaching, structured drills, and fun, game-based learning.
Our Skills Labs give players the chance to focus deeply on one key area each day, allowing for faster improvement and stronger confidence on the court. Sessions combine technique, repetition, and real-game situations to help players apply their skills effectively.

Sessions:

• Tuesday – Shooting Lab- 29th September and 6th October
  Players will develop proper shooting form, improve accuracy, and build confidence scoring from different positions on the court.

• Wednesday – Dribbling Lab- 30th September and the 7th October
  Focus on ball handling, control, and movement. Players will practise changing speed and direction while maintaining strong control under pressure.
  

Timing:
4:00pm-5:00pm – U7/U9
Beginner Court One – 15 Spaces
Advanced Court Two – 15 Spaces

5:00pm-6:00pm U11/U13
Beginner Court One – 15 Spaces
Advanced Court Two- 15 Spaces

Cost is $40 for the 2 sessions over the 2 weeks.
