Basketball Skills Lab at Massey Leisure Centre

Help your child take their game to the next level these school holidays with our Basketball Skills Labs.

Each session focuses on one key skill, giving players the opportunity to train with purpose, build confidence, and accelerate their development. Through expert coaching, high-quality drills and game-based challenges, players will sharpen their technique and learn how to apply their skills under pressure.

Whether it's shooting, ball handling, or learning the power of kotahitanga, Skills Lab is designed to help young players train smarter, play better and elevate their game.

• Tuesday | Shooting Lab 29th September & 6th October
  Develop proper shooting form, improve accuracy, and build confidence scoring from different positions on the court.

• Wednesday | Dribbling Lab 30th September & 7th October
  Focus on ball handling, control, and movement. Players will practise changing speed and direction while maintaining strong control under pressure.

Beginner Court One | 15 Spaces
Advanced Court Two | 15 Spaces

5:00pm-6:00pm U11/U13
Beginner Court One | 15 Spaces
Advanced Court Two | 15 Spaces

Cost is $40 for the 2 sessions over the 2 weeks.
