Les Mills BODYPUMP™ is a barbell‑based workout designed to build strength, tone muscle, and improve endurance using light to moderate weights and high repetitions.

Spin is a 45-minute indoor cycling experience that builds cardio fitness, leg strength, and endurance. Prepare for challenging intervals, and plenty of opportunity to power the pedals or push at your own pace.

Disco Spin is a fun, high‑energy indoor cycling class set to feel‑good tunes that turn your workout into a party on a bike. SQUAD is a bootcamp‑style workout fuelled by power, people, and seriously good vibes. Expect high‑fives, friendly challenges, and workouts that feel tough but fly by when you’re in it together. Work together to get through a mix of functional exercises and challenges, feeding off each other's energy and coached every step of the way. Get stronger together!

LOAD

LOAD is a strength‑focused workout designed to build muscle, improve technique, and increase overall strength using barbells, dumbbells, and functional equipment. Lift with purpose, rest with intention, and leave feeling stronger every session. Ideal if you want to build real strength, focus on form, and lift a little heavier in a supportive group setting.

ZONE

Cardio Done Right.

ZONE is a heart‑rate‑guided group workout designed to help you train in the right zone for the right result - whether that’s building endurance, improving fitness, or pushing performance. Sessions focus on a specific training zone, with structured intervals, clear coaching, and real‑time effort guidance so you know why you’re working at that intensity. Trainer smart, get results.

INTERVAL

INTERVAL is a functional, full‑body circuit method combining cardio, strength, and athletic movement to build fitness, and power. Moves you through a series of stations using functional equipment and bodyweight exercises. Perfect if you need variety, structure, and a wicked challenge to keep you progressing.

PILATES

Move with control. Build with purpose.

Pilates is a low‑impact strength workout focused on core control, posture, stability, and movement quality. Using slow, controlled movements, you’ll build deep strength while improving mobility and body awareness.

FORM

Move with Confidence.

FORM is a gentle, beginner‑friendly Pilates class designed to build core strength, balance, and mobility. With simple, controlled exercises and a slower pace, FORM focuses on good technique, posture, and stability. Guided by supportive coaching in a welcoming environment.

YOGA

Breathe and Balance

Yoga is a gentle, full‑body practice designed to improve flexibility, mobility, balance, and strength while helping you unwind and reset. Through guided poses, controlled movement, and focused breathing, you’ll move with intention and leave feeling calmer, looser, and grounded.

CHAIR YOGA

Chair Yoga is a low‑impact, accessible yoga class using a chair for support, stability, and confidence. Movements are performed seated or with the chair for balance, making it ideal for those who prefer a slower, supported approach to yoga.

SENIOR CIRCUIT

Where Strong Living Starts

Senior Circuit classes help older adults build strength, balance, fitness, and confidence through functional, circuit‑based training. Focus on everyday movement patterns like lifting, stepping, pushing, pulling, and getting up and down safely, to stay strong, capable, and independent.

Senior circuit offers two levels:

Senior Starter - Beginner

Senior Challenge - Advanced

SENIOR FIT

Safe, Supported Movement for Every Body.

Senior Fit is a fully instructor‑led class designed to support safe, confident movement in a welcoming group setting. This is our most accessible general fitness class and a great entry point for anyone with movement limitations, health considerations, or who prefers a gentler, structured workout. This full‑body workout uses light hand weights and functional movements. Every participant has access to a chair for extra support, balance, or rest whenever needed.
