There are many different types of yoga in the world, from yoga for beginners to bikram yoga to pregnancy yoga – and across our different branches, we teach a variety of them. Yoga involves an instructor guiding you through a series of different postures, known as asanas. Control of breath is a vital part of proper yoga practice, and your instructor will talk you through when and how you should be breathing in order to achieve the best results from your practise – you’ll end up stronger and more flexible than ever before.
