Y Kids are happy active kids

We have a wide range of exciting after school recreational activities in our centres that are designed to develop your child's strength, co-ordination and confidence in a fun and friendly environment.

Specially designed for children aged 1 to 16 years, The Y (formerly YMCA) Kids’ Programmes allow your little (and not so little!) ones to focus on an area they are interested in. Whether that be learning gymnastics skills, playing in a basketball or rugby tots team or just getting active through dance and swimming.

Our programmes and activities are run on a term-by-term basis, giving your child a chance to try something new.

The Y Kids' Activities & Sports


We teach specific skills to develop fundamental movement patterns. But more than that - we focus on fun at our Gymnastics classes.
