The Y (formerly YMCA) Out of School Care – kids love it! Brand new activities designed to keep primary and intermediate-aged children engaged and active. But hey - let’s not forget the FUN part!
No term is going to be the same! Introducing FIVE fun-packed themes: Engineering Wonders, Cool Builders, Sporty Stars, Future Inventors & Super Artists; kids get to experience a range of 'all things cool' to explore, innovate, self discover, and just have an epic time!
For years The Y has provided a safe and secure environment, where kids can be and enjoy their out-of-school hours. We want to support every parent by not only being 'a convenient care service' but a safe haven where kids’ development is supported and learning is recognised.

Term 1 2024 Part One: Future Inventors
Exploring the tech side like never before, Future Inventors is all about the cool stuff! Children get to play with modern state-of the-art VR sets experiencing virtual reality along with other cool tech gadgets. Sounds like FUN! All at their own pace and ability and under supervision. In this zone, kids explore with Class VR sets, electronic kits, & Little Bits Student STEAM Kit.
