After celebrating youth creativity on the catwalk at Walk the Line, Raise Up turned up the volume with the New Found Sound Finals, our youth music competition showcasing the next generation of performers.
Held at The Tuning Fork, one of Auckland’s most iconic live music venues, the event drew an audience of over 250 volunteers, performers and supporters.

A Stage for Youth Talent
Winners from the regional heats across Auckland and Hamilton came together to battle it out on stage in front of judges and a cheering crowd. Every step of the journey, from planning to hosting and documenting, was led by Raise Up youth volunteers, making each event unique and empowering.
A huge thank you goes to Elliettes Music Academy and Crescendo for sponsoring the competition and providing our winners with the incredible opportunity to spend a full day in the studio developing and recording their music.
