We are seeking a driven Senior Financial Analyst to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that power better decisions, enhance customer experiences, and strengthen the communities we serve. What will you be doing?

  • Identify, integrate, and analyse fragmented datasets across multiple systems (CRM, HRIS, finance, digital platforms, etc.).
  • Ensure integrity of financial data and apply accounting principles to interpret results.
  • Build dashboards, models, and reports that provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful stories with visualisations, commentary, and recommendations.
  • Analyse customer and stakeholder feedback to identify key drivers of experience.
  • Support development of KPIs and outcome measures aligned to organisational goals.
  • Partner with teams across the organisation to improve how data is captured, shared, and used.

What experience/skills do you need?

  • Tertiary qualification in business, analytics, information systems, or related discipline.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) designation preferred, or equivalent accounting accreditation.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst, Insights, or Data role in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong skills in data integration, analysis, and visualisation (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Power Query, CRM tools).
  • Solid understanding of financial and management accounting principles and how they apply to business performance analysis
  • Proven ability to translate data into insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse cultures and age groups.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional integrity.
