Are you looking for a challenge in your new role? Are you looking to make your mark and a positive difference? We’re looking for an energetic Aquatics Operations Manager to join the team at Lagoon Pool and Leisure Centre!
What will you be doing?
- People Management, including developing rosters, conducting regular team trainings, staff verification and assessments
- Ensure the Customer Care team are consistently meeting sales targets
- Financial Management
- Strategy, Business Planning and Reporting
- Programme Development & Delivery
- Managing chemical inventory & water quality.
- Supporting overall facility presentation & hygiene standards
- Ensure the safety and well-being of visitors and employees through effective planning and oversight of health and safety policies and Poolsafe regulations.
- Membership retention
What experience/skills do you need?
- Minimum two years’ experience in Pool Operations
- Minimum two years’ experience in People Management
- PLSA (Pool Lifeguard Skills Award) and PLPC (Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate)
- Water Treatment and Chemical Handlers Certificate (preferred)
