What will you be doing?

  • People Management, including developing rosters, conducting regular team trainings, staff verification and assessments
  • Ensure the Customer Care team are consistently meeting sales targets
  • Financial Management
  • Strategy, Business Planning and Reporting
  • Programme Development & Delivery
  • Managing chemical inventory & water quality.
  • Supporting overall facility presentation & hygiene standards
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of visitors and employees through effective planning and oversight of health and safety policies and Poolsafe regulations.
  • Membership retention

What experience/skills do you need?

  • Minimum two years’ experience in Pool Operations
  • Minimum two years’ experience in People Management
  • PLSA (Pool Lifeguard Skills Award) and PLPC (Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate)
  • Water Treatment and Chemical Handlers Certificate (preferred)
