January 2023 promotion: '3 months free'

By taking part in this promotion conducted by The Y (the Promoter), participants agree to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Conditions:

Terms and Conditions

1. The ‘3 months free’ promotion starts from the first day of enrolment, and will continue from that date for a period of three months.
2. This promotional offer is available from 25 January 2023 until 28 February 2023
3. This promotion cannot be used with any other The Y offer/promotion.
   
4. This promotion is not available to any employees of The Y.
5. The promotion only applies to new enrolments only.
6. The offer once redeemed should be used in three months at a stretch. The hours do not roll over, do not accumulate and days cannot be substituted.
7. The ‘3 months free’ promotion will no longer be valid under any of the below circumstances:
   1. if there is a change in the booked hours
   2. if the child turns six during the promotion period
   3. in the case where enrolment is terminated
   4. in the case where the centre has reached their maximum capacity
8. If a child is eligible for 20 hour ECE funding, they must apply for maximum subsidy as part of the promotion.
9. The ‘3 months free’ offer cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

The Y manages the following facilities on behalf of Auckland Council as the facility owner; Lagoon Leisure and Fitness, Lagoon Stadium, Onehunga War Memorial Pool, Mt Albert Recreation and Community Centre, Massey Leisure Centre, Lynfield Recreation Centre, Jordan Recreation Centre, Cameron Pool, Ellerslie Recreation Centre, Glen Innes Pool.

For customers whose home Club is owned by Auckland Council, your personal information may be shared with Auckland Council and their appointed third party(s) for the purpose of conducting customer feedback surveys. In the event that The Y ceases to operate an Auckland Council facility, your personal information may be passed on to Auckland Council or their appointed third party(s).
