Principals Conference September 2026 15% Promotional Terms and Conditions

These promotional Terms and Conditions apply to the Principals Conference September 2026 -15% promotion offered by The Y North. Any booking or enrolment made under this promotion remains subject to the standard Terms and Conditions applicable to the relevant The Y North programme or service.

1. Promoter

1.1 This promotion is run by YMCA North Inc. (The Y North), 149 Greys Avenue, Auckland, New Zealand (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The promotion is available to eligible schools that express interest through The Y North Principals Conference Expression of Interest (“EOI”).

2.2 The EOI must be submitted between 16^th September 2026 and 15^th December 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2.3 The applicable timeframes for confirming a School Partnership Offer or redeeming a School Community Offer are set out below.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible for the promotion, a school must submit an EOI during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Eligible schools may express interest in one or both of the following:

a. the School Partnership Offer, providing 15% off eligible Out of School Care, School Camp and School Swim services; and/or

b. the School Community Offer, providing the school with access to a 15% discount on eligible Gymnastics and Basketball Term Programmes to share with its students, parents and caregivers.

3.3 Submission of an EOI does not guarantee availability or acceptance of a booking, programme or service.

3.4 Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these promotional Terms and Conditions.

4. School Partnership Offer

4.1 Eligible schools may receive 15% off selected new school bookings or service arrangements with The Y North.

4.2 The School Partnership Offer applies to the following eligible services:

Out of School Care
School Camps
School Swim programmes

4.3 The 15% discount applies to standard programme/service price, total booking value, or applicable component of each service

4.4 Following receipt of an EOI, The Y North will contact the school to discuss its requirements, programme availability, pricing and the process required to establish the relevant booking or service.

4.5 To receive the 15% discount, the school must formally confirm the booking / enter into an agreement or otherwise commit to progressing the service within two months of Principals Conference (September 2026)

4.6 The programme or service itself is not required to commence within the two-month period unless otherwise specified by The Y North - but must be signed up, service in place or service delivered by December 2027, dependent of which service line chosen.

4.7 All School Partnership Offer bookings are subject to:

a. availability;

b. the operational requirements of the relevant programme or service;

c. any applicable minimum participant numbers, booking values or service periods;

d. any location or programme-specific requirements; and

e. the standard booking and service Terms and Conditions applicable to that programme.

4.8 The School Partnership Offer applies to new bookings or service arrangements only and cannot be applied retrospectively to an existing or previously confirmed booking

4.9 The School Partnership Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount unless otherwise agreed by The Y North.

5. School Community Offer

5.1 Eligible schools may also opt in to receive a 15% School Community Offer for selected The Y North Gymnastics and Basketball Term Programmes.

5.2 The School Community Offer is intended for distribution by the participating school to its students, parents and caregivers and does not constitute a school booking of Gymnastics or Basketball programmes.

5.3 Following registration of interest, The Y North will provide the participating school with the applicable offer details and instructions for redemption.

5.4 The participating school may distribute the offer to its school community through its usual communication channels.

5.5 Eligible members of the participating school community will receive 15% off the standard enrolment price of eligible Gymnastics and Basketball Term Programmes at participating The Y North locations.

5.6 The School Community Offer applies for one term from Term 4 2026 to Term 4 2027 participating locations Ellerslie, Massey, North Shore, Hamilton

5.7 The offer must be redeemed between Term 4 2026 and Term 4 2027.

5.8 To receive the discount, customers must follow the redemption process provided by The Y North to the participating school, including use of any applicable promotional code, booking link or other verification method.

5.9 The School Community Offer is available to new customers only

5.10 Programme enrolments remain subject to availability and any standard age, ability, enrolment or participation requirements applicable to the selected programme.

5.11 The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to an enrolment completed before redemption of the promotional offer.

5.12 The School Community Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount unless otherwise stated by The Y North.

6. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

6.1 All bookings and enrolments made under this promotion remain subject to the standard cancellation, refund, transfer and programme Terms and Conditions applicable to the relevant The Y North service.

6.2 Any refund or credit relating to a discounted booking or enrolment will be calculated based on the amount actually paid by the school or customer, subject to the applicable standard Terms and Conditions.

6.3 The 15% promotional discount is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied as a credit against another The Y North product or service unless otherwise agreed by The Y North.

7. General

7.1 The promotion is subject to programme capacity and availability.

7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any school or customer seeking to participate in the promotion.

7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion, or any part of it, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control or where operational requirements prevent the relevant programme or service from being delivered as anticipated.

7.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any inability to access or redeem the promotion due to incorrect information supplied by a participating school or customer, technical issues or circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

7.5 Nothing in these promotional Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable New Zealand law.

7.6 These promotional Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
