Hamilton ELC “School Days” Promotion Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion conducted by The Y (the Promoter), participants agree to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Conditions:

Terms and Conditions

  1. The ‘School days’ promotion starts from the first day of enrolment and will continue from that date until the end of September 2024.
  2. This promotional offer is available from until 30 September 2024
  3. This Promotion is only valid for Hamilton Early Learning Centre
  4. This promotion cannot be used with any other The Y offer/promotion.
  5. This promotion is not available to any employees of The Y.
  6. The promotion only applies to new enrolments only.
  7. The offer once redeemed will be offered only until Sept 30, 2024. The hours do not roll over, do not accumulate and days cannot be substituted.
  8. The ‘School days’ promotion will no longer be valid under any of the below circumstances:
    1. if there is a change in the booked hours
    2. if the child turns six during the promotion period
    3. in the case where enrolment is terminated
    4. in the case where the centre has reached their maximum capacity
  9. If a child is eligible for 20 hour ECE funding, they must apply for maximum subsidy as part of the promotion.
  10. The ‘School Days’ offer cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
