November Fitness Check In Challenge 2025 Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is run by YMCA North Inc. (The Y North), 149 Greys Avenue, Auckland, New Zealand (“the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 12:01am 10 November 2025 to 11:59pm 10 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

a. The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.

b. Eligibility is limited to holders of valid adult fitness memberships at any participating The Y North fitness centres.

c. The following are excluded from eligibility:

• Aquatic memberships
• Youth memberships
• External provider memberships such as Class Pass, Fitness Passport, and Exercise NZ
• Casual passes and concession cards
• Staff memberships

d. By participating, members confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Enter
a. New Members:

• Members who join an eligible membership during the Promotion Period receive one automatic entry into the draw.

b. All Eligible Members:

• Members earn one entry for every 10 verified check-ins completed during the Promotion Period.
• There is no limit to the number of entries that can be earned.

c. To count as a valid check-in:

• The member must complete a standard centre check-in, and
• The corresponding visit box on the member’s Visit Tracker Card must be signed by reception staff.

d. Completed Visit Tracker Cards must be placed into the Completed Entries Box at reception by 11:59pm on 10 December 2025.

5. Visit Tracker Card Verification
a. Reception staff must register their signature or initials on the Signature Reference Sheet kept at the desk.
b. Completed cards will be checked against this reference before being accepted.
c. Altered, incomplete, or unverified cards may be deemed invalid.

6. Prize
a. There are two (2) prizes to be won.
b. Each prize is an Air New Zealand Deluxe Mystery Break for two people.
c. Each prize includes:

• Return seat+bag flights
• 4-4.5 star accommodation
• Breakfast
• Avis rental car for the duration of the stay

d. The prize is for two adults only and must be redeemed in accordance with Air New Zealand Mystery Break conditions.
e. The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
f. Air New Zealand is not a partner in the administration of this promotion.

7. Prize Draw
a. The draw will occur during the week of 16 December 2025.
b. Winners will be selected at random from all valid completed entries.
c. Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email.
d. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prize may be re-drawn.

8. Privacy & Marketing Consent
a. Personal information collected for this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the challenge and contacting winners.
b. By participating, members agree that The Y may contact them with updates relating to the promotion and other services The Y provides.
c. Members may change their contact preferences or unsubscribe at any time by contacting their centre or using the unsubscribe links provided in communications.
d. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for service delivery (e.g., prize fulfilment).

9. General
a. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required.
b. Participation in this promotion indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
