Fitness May 2024 Campaign Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion conducted by YMCA North Inc. (the Promoter), participants agree to have read, understood, and accepted the following Terms and Conditions:

• The ‘Pay half price until July’ offer will apply from membership start date until July 1, 2024, after which the membership will be charged at the standard retail rate as applied by the participating centre.
• The ‘Pay half price until July’ offer is available on the 6 Month and 12 Month Adult Single Site or 6 and 12 Month Adult membership types.
• The ‘pay half price until July’ offer is available on 6 Month and 12 Month, Minimum Term. These memberships are ongoing and will continue indefinitely until request to cancel is provided to the centre in writing. Cancellation within the minimum term will be subject to standard cancellation terms and conditions.
• The ‘pay half price till July’ offer is available is available - for payable weekly, and upfront options.
• The ‘pay half price till July’ offer is available at The Y Auckland City, The Y Cameron Pool & Leisure Centre, The Y Ellerslie Leisure Centre, The Y Hamilton Recreation Centre, The Y Lagoon Pool & Leisure Centre, The Y Lynfield Youth & Leisure Centre, The Y Mt Albert Community & Leisure Centre, The Y North Shore Recreation Centre, The Y Sir William Jordan Recreation Centre, The Y Massey Recreation Centre, The Y Glen Innes Leisure Centre and The Y Onehunga War Memorial Pool.
• To qualify for the ‘pay half price till July’ offer, you must not have been a member at any of the participating The Y centres in the last six months before 1 May 2024.
• The ‘pay half price till July’ offer is available for purchase from 1 May 2024 and ends on 31 May 2024, 11:59 pm, NZT.
• To qualify for the ‘pay half price till July’ offer, your membership must start between the period of 1 May 2024 and 31 May, 11:59 pm, NZT.
• Your membership start date will be the date you purchase your membership.
• The ‘pay half price till July’ membership account is not transferrable to any other person.
• The ‘pay half price till July’ offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• Any Freeze or Cancellations are subject to standard terms and conditions.
• Personal training, Bootcamps, 8-week challenge is not included in the ‘pay half price till July’ offer. Additional charges will apply.
• The ‘pay half price till July’ membership will include entry to unlimited group classes and access to the gym at all times between the opening hours of the chosen participating The Y centre.
• Excluding the offer specific terms and conditions, The Y normal terms and conditions apply.
• By purchasing a membership, the customer agrees that The Y may contact them directly with follow up information about the programme the free trial relates to, and to distribute marketing information about other services that YMCA offers. Customers may change their contact preferences at any time by notifying The Y. The Y will not share personal information with any third party that is not part of the service delivery without permission.
• By providing your details to The Y, you consent to receiving marketing communications and follow-up messages. These communications may include newsletters, promotional offers, updates, and other relevant information related to our services.
