We reckon exercise should be fun, varied and show results, so that’s just what The Y Auckland City (formerly known as the YMCA) Fitness group classes provide. We offer larger class options or small group classes held in the functional training area daily.
There’s a class to suit everyone, and the varied skill levels of people attending means everyone can get something out of them. If getting stronger, fitter and faster in the quickest amount of time is for you, give a HYROX session a go.
Keen to up the tempo on your workout? Pick one of our classes, like PRVN Fit or if mindfulness and breathing techniques are more up your alley, pop into our PILATES or Tai chi. Our GOLD FIT classes are developed for seniors to build strength, balance and mobility.
