Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion conducted by YMCA North Inc. (the Promoter), participants agree to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Conditions:

• The Early Bird Special is applicable to customers enrolling for the upcoming term at The Y's children's term programmes including Kids' Recreation Basketball, Gymnastics and Badminton.
• The 10% discount is applicable to term fees for enrolments made on or before 7 July 2024 for enrolments for term 3 2024.
• This offer is available to enrolments completed in-centre or online through the Y Portal.
• The 10% discount cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer, including off-peak, abilities classes & private lessons.
• The Early Bird Special is non-transferable and applies only to the enrolled child for the specified term.
• You can use the earlybird special for multiple children within your family.
• The discounted term fee will be calculated automatically for eligible enrolments during the specified period.
• To secure the Early Bird Special, the enrolment must be confirmed with payment on or before 7 July 2024
• Excluding the offer specific terms and conditions, The Y's normal terms and conditions apply.
