Early Bird Membership Renewal Offer 2026

Terms and Conditions

By participating in this promotion conducted by YMCA North Incorporated (The Y), participants agree that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Offer

1.1 The Early Bird Renewal Offer provides eligible members with 30% off a new 12-month Adult Single Site membership.

1.2 The renewed membership will commence immediately following the expiry of the member's current August 2025 promotional membership.

1.3 The discounted rate applies for the full 12-month minimum term of the renewed membership.

1.4 At the completion of the 12-month minimum term, the membership will automatically continue at the applicable standard retail membership rate at the participating centre unless cancelled in accordance with The Y's Membership Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible for this offer, participants must have purchased an eligible August 2025 Half Price for 12 Months promotional membership.

2.2 This offer is available by invitation only and is valid only for members who have received the Early Bird Renewal Offer directly from The Y.

2.3 The renewal membership must be purchased between 1 June 2026 and 30 June 2026, 11:59 pm (NZT).

3. Participating Centres

3.1 This offer is available at the following participating centres:

  • The Y Auckland City
  • Ellerslie Leisure Centre
  • The Y Hamilton Recreation Centre
  • Lagoon Pool & Leisure Centre
  • The Y North Shore Recreation Centre
  • Sir William Jordan Recreation Centre
  • Massey Gym and Leisure Centre
  • Glen Innes Pool and Leisure Centre
  • Onehunga War Memorial Pool and Leisure Centre

4. Offer Conditions

4.1 This offer is available only to eligible members and is not transferable.

4.2 The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other product or service.

4.3 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other membership offer, promotion or discount unless otherwise approved by The Y.

4.4 Standard membership joining processes and Membership Terms and Conditions apply.

4.5 Membership freezes, cancellations and transfers remain subject to The Y's standard Membership Terms and Conditions.

4.6 Personal Training, specialised programmes, bootcamps and other fee-based services are not included in this offer and may incur additional charges.

4.7 Membership includes access to the facilities and group fitness classes included within the member's chosen membership type at their selected home centre.

5. General

5.1 Except where varied by these Terms and Conditions, The Y's standard Membership Terms and Conditions apply.

5.2 The Y reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or withdraw this promotion where reasonably necessary.

5.3 The Y's decision regarding all aspects of this promotion is final.

6. Privacy

6.1 By renewing your membership, you acknowledge that The Y may collect and use your personal information to administer your membership, communicate with you about your membership, and provide information about relevant programmes, services and promotions.

6.2 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

  • Clicking the Unsubscribe link in any marketing email;
  • Replying STOP to an SMS (where applicable); or
  • Contacting your local The Y centre.

6.3 Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be managed in accordance with The Y's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.
