By taking part in this promotion conducted by The Y (the Promoter), participants agree to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Conditions:

• The ‘3-month membership offer’ entitles the bearer to a total of 12 weeks at the promotional price from the date of purchase, either online or in centre

• The ‘3-month membership offer’ is only available on Paid in Full Adult Single Site or Adult Regional memberships.

• The promotional price of $249 for a 3-month membership is available at the following sites: The Y Ellerslie Leisure Centre, The Y Glen Innes Leisure Centre and The Y Onehunga War Memorial Pool, The Y Lagoon Pool and Leisure Centre.

• The promotional price of $150 for a 3-month membership is available at the following sites: The Y Auckland City, The Y Hamilton Recreation Centre, The Y North Shore Recreation Centre, The Y Sir William Jordan Recreation Centre, The Y Cameron Pool and Leisure Centre, The Y Ellerslie Leisure Centre, and The Y Massey Recreation Centre.

• To qualify for the '3-month membership' offer, you must not have been a member at any of the participating The Y centres in the last six months before 1 December 2024.

• To qualify for the '3-month membership offer', your membership must start between the period of 1 December 2024 and 31 December 2024, 11:59 pm, NZT.

• Your member account start date will be the date you purchase your membership.

• The membership account is not transferrable to any other person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

• Any Freeze or Cancellations are subject to standard terms and conditions.

• Personal training, Bootcamps, 8-week challenge is not included in the 'Summer Blitz' offer. Additional charges will apply.

• The '3 month membership offer' will include entry to unlimited group classes and access to the gym at all times between the opening hours of the chosen participating The Y centre.

• No joining fees will apply to this promotional offer.
