We are looking for an ICT Support Engineer to join our team based at our Support Office in Auckland CBD.
What will you be doing?
- Be the main face of the ICT team, providing support via phone, remote access and in-person across our sites in Auckland and Waikato
- Be an IT generalist supporting everything from software, networking to hardware including workstations, access control systems, CCTV and much more
- Assist in the delivery of ICT projects
- Join in rostered on-call afterhours schedule after appropriate training
What skills do you need?
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to explain technical problems in plain English
- Ability to prioritise and use time effectively
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- An ability to work in a fast-paced small team environment
- High work standards
- Attention to detail
- Current drivers licence
Knowledge/Experience in as many of the following technologies would be advantageous:
- Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Windows Server 2016-2019
- Active Directory
- Azure AD/Entra ID
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Cybersecurity
- Networking including VLANs.
