We are looking for an ICT Support Engineer to join our team based at our Support Office in Auckland CBD.

What will you be doing?

  • Be the main face of the ICT team, providing support via phone, remote access and in-person across our sites in Auckland and Waikato
  • Be an IT generalist supporting everything from software, networking to hardware including workstations, access control systems, CCTV and much more
  • Assist in the delivery of ICT projects
  • Join in rostered on-call afterhours schedule after appropriate training

What skills do you need?

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical problems in plain English
  • Ability to prioritise and use time effectively
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced small team environment
  • High work standards
  • Attention to detail
  • Current drivers licence

Knowledge/Experience in as many of the following technologies would be advantageous:

  • Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Windows Server 2016-2019
  • Active Directory
  • Azure AD/Entra ID
  • Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Cybersecurity
  • Networking including VLANs.
