Auckland City Fitness June 2025 Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this promotion conducted by YMCA North Inc. (the Promoter), participants agree to have read, understood, and accepted the following Terms and Conditions:

• The ‘Auckland City Fitness Offer June 2025’ offer pricing will apply from membership start date until 12 months after this, after which the membership will be charged at the standard retail rate as applied by the participating centre.
• The ‘Auckland City Fitness Offer June 2025’ offer is available on the 6 Month, 12 Month and Freedom Adult, Communtity and Youth Single Site membership types.
• The ‘Auckland City Fitness Offer June 2025’ offer is available on 6 Month and 12 Month, Minimum Term and Freedom memberships. These memberships are ongoing and will continue indefinitely until request to cancel is provided to the centre in writing. Cancellation within the minimum term will be subject to standard cancellation terms and conditions.
• The ‘Auckland City Fitness Offer June 2025’ offer is available for payable weekly, monthly and upfront options.
• The ‘Auckland City Fitness Offer June 2025’ offer is available at The Y Auckland City.
• To qualify for the ‘Auckland City Fitness Offer June 2025’ offer, you must not have been a member at any Y centres in the last six months before 9 June 2025.
• The ‘Auckland City Fitness Offer June 2025’ offer is available for purchase from 9 June 2025 and ends on 27 June 2025, 11:59 pm, NZT.
• To qualify for the ‘Auckland City Fitness Offer June 2025’ offer, your membership must start between the period of 9 June 2025 and 27 June 2025, 11:59 pm, NZT.
• Your membership start date will be the date you purchase your membership.
• The ‘Auckland City Fitness Offer June 2025’ membership account is not transferrable to any other person.
• The ‘Auckland City Fitness Offer June 2025’ offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• Any Freeze or Cancellations are subject to standard terms and conditions.
• Personal training, Bootcamps, 8-week challenge is not included in the ‘Auckland City Fitness Offer June 2025’ offer. Additional charges will apply.
• The ‘Auckland City Fitness Offer June 2025’ membership will include entry to unlimited group classes and access to the gym at all times between the opening hours of The Y Auckland City.
• Excluding the offer specific terms and conditions, The Y normal terms and conditions apply.
• By purchasing a membership, the customer agrees that The Y may contact them directly with follow up information about the programme the free trial relates to, and to distribute marketing information about other services that YMCA offers. Customers may change their contact preferences at any time by notifying The Y. The Y will not share personal information with any third party that is not part of the service delivery without permission.
