Margaret is a pleasure to work alongside. She is always quick with a smile and friendly (sometimes cheeky) remark. Her outlook is always positive, and just her presence in the centre livens the gym. Margaret is more than a considerate member; she is a role model in all aspects of life, from perspective to empathy. Steve's advice for other’s, ‘Starting exercise is the hardest part and needs the most motivation. Starting means consistency not just attending the gym once a month. When you have become regular this is when your journey will begin and everything will fall into place. Start at a light intensity to build a strong core foundation’.
