The Y (formerly YMCA) Out of School Care – kids love it! Brand new activities for 2022 designed to keep primary and intermediate-aged children engaged and active. But hey - let’s not forget the FUN part!
No term is going to be the same! Introducing FIVE fun-packed themes: Engineering Wonders, Cool Builders, Sporty Stars, Future Inventors & Super Artists; kids get to experience a range of 'all things cool' to explore, innovate, self discover, and just have an epic time!
For years The Y has provided a safe and secure environment, where kids can be and enjoy their out-of-school hours. We want to support every parent by not only being 'a convenient care service' but a safe haven where kids’ development is supported and learning is recognised.

ZONE 1: ENGINEERING WONDERS
Designed to generate a natural curiosity within, this module enables children to investigate how things work and why. With the help of science, technology, and engineering – this zone focuses on exploring and finding answers in a fun and hands-on way! In this module, kids explore with WhyBricks, Brackitz Complete STEAM Centre & Dazzlinks Beams Classroom.
ZONE 2: SUPER ARTISTS
Whether it is acting, dressing up, singing or dancing, Super Artists is all about the freedom for kids to grow their imagination and express themselves through arts and performance. In this zone, kids express themselves by playing with musical instruments, costume dress-up, and dramatics. All instruments and costumes are provided on-site.
