May 2023 promotion: Pay nothing until July

By taking part in this promotion conducted by The Y (the Promoter), participants agree to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Conditions:

Terms and Conditions

• The 'Pay nothing until July' offer is available for new members who sign up on selected gym memberships between 1 and 31 May 2023.
• New members joining on selected memberships will not pay any membership fees from the date of sign up until 6 July 2023. Nothing to pay applies for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 66 days.
• The total contract value for paid in full memberships will vary depending on your signup date.

• The 'Pay nothing until July' offer will apply until 30 June 2023, after which the membership will be charged at the standard retail rate as applied by the participating centre. The first payment date will be 6 July 2023
• The 'Pay nothing until July’ offer is available on the Adult, Community and Youth Single Site 6-month and 12-month membership on the Weekly direct debit (bank/credit card) and Paid-in-full options only.
• The ‘Pay nothing until July’ offer is available at The Y Auckland City, The Y Cameron Pool & Leisure Centre, The Y Ellerslie Leisure Centre, The Y Hamilton Recreation Centre, The Y Lagoon Pool & Leisure Centre, The Y Lynfield Youth & Leisure Centre, The Y Mt Albert Community & Leisure Centre, The Y North Shore Recreation Centre, The Y Sir William Jordan Recreation Centre, The Y Massey Recreation Centre, The Y Glen Innes Leisure Centre and The Y Onehunga War Memorial Pool.
• To qualify for the ‘Pay nothing until July’ offer, you must not have been a member at any of the participating The Y centres in the last six months before 1 May 2023
• The ‘Pay nothing until July’ offer starts on 1 May 2023 and ends on 31 May 2023, 11:59 pm, NZT
• To qualify for the ‘Pay nothing until July’ offer, your membership must start between the period of 1 May 2023 and 31 May 2023, 11:59 pm, NZT
• Your member account start date will be the date you purchase your membership
• The ‘Pay nothing until July’ membership account is not transferrable to any other person
• The ‘Pay nothing until July’ offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
• Any Freeze or Cancellations are subject to standard terms and conditions.
• Personal training, Bootcamps, 8-week challenge is not included in the ‘Pay nothing until July’ offer. Additional charges will apply
• The ‘Pay nothing until July’ membership will include entry to unlimited group classes and access to the gym at all times between the opening hours of the chosen participating The Y centre
• Excluding the offer specific terms and conditions, The Y normal terms and conditions apply
• The standard joining fee of $29.00 applies and will be collected at time of joining.
