We are looking for someone who craves a challenge when no day is the same. A great role for professional development as part of our dynamic team to help manage and co-ordinate the programmes. Completing both administrative tasks and working in the programmes on a day to day basis in the Out of School Care across our centre/schools and our 3 regions. Ensuring our staff follow the programming in place and to aid in providing a safe, fun and caring environment for all our children.
This is a great full time opportunity offering 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
What will you be doing?
- Support the OSCAR Team Leaders to create an environment of encouragement, support and fun
- Ensure all administration tasks and data entry are performed in a timely and accurate manner including:
- Client Bookings
- Create weekly/monthly Rosters – in conjunction with the OSCAR Team Leaders
- Orders (food and resources) – weekly or as required
- Check all bookings are confirmed - daily
- Run Sheets / Organise Holiday Programme Paperwork
- Collate Term Programme Book at the start of each Term
- Undertake any required processing in relation to enrolments and changes
- Holiday Programme booking details/content is ready in a timely manner
- Booking Reconciliations
- Complete WINZ declarations and associated paperwork
- Prepare individual daily holiday programme draft budgets in conjunction with the OSCAR Operations Manager

We are looking for someone who:
- Passion and empathy for working with Children, youth and people in general
- Attention to detail a must
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organised, motivated with the ability to work as a team or independently with great communication skills.
- Confident and competent on a computer with the willingness to learn
- An expectation to follow the Y values of honest, caring, respect and responsibility
What experience/skills do you need?
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in working with children of all abilities and needs
- Minimum one year of people management experience
- Computer literacy, including working knowledge of Microsoft based programmes, zero or similar and experience with software booking systems
- Strong, numeracy and literacy skills
- Current First Aid certificate
