We are looking for an experienced operations superstar to manage and co-ordinate the administrative tasks for the day-to-day operation of the Out of School Care Programmes across Centre's and Schools. You will lead our on-site teams in ensuring they follow the programmes in place to provide a safe, fun and caring environment for all our children. Role will be split between our Support Office and the on-site programmes.
OSCAR Operations Supervisor - What will you be doing?
- Team leadership and training
- Dealing with client bookings and complaints
- Providing feedback to parents
- Managing staff rosters
- Administration support including recruitment
- Support the Operations Manager with financial information including budgets, invoicing, debt control and funding applications
- Programme supervision
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a high level of self-motivation and drive to deliver results

What experience/skills do you need?
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in working with children of all abilities and needs
- Minimum one year of people management experience
- Computer literacy, including working knowledge of Microsoft based programmes, zero or similiar and experience with software booking systems
- Strong, effective financial skills, with particular emphasis on: planning and budgeting, administration, and needs analysis.
- First Aid certificate
