We are looking for vibrant Customer Care Specialist to join our team Cameron Pools and Leisure Centre in Mount Roskill.

This is a great part time role, with shifts on Monday and Tuesday 5.15am-1pm and Fridays 1pm - 8:15pm.

What will you be doing?

  • You will handle all reception services and customer queries
  • Deliver excellence in customer service at all times to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Retail, The Y programmes and membership sales.
  • Till reconciliation, data entry, customer enrolments, memberships, bookings, etc
  • General administration
  • Create a welcoming and friendly environment.

What experience/skills do you need?

  • Minimum six (6) months Customer Service experience
  • Computer Savvy and competent in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently or work well in a team across all cultures and ages with YMCA
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Has an empathetic approach, respects confidentiality and the privacy of others.
  • Sales experience is preferred although training can be given to the right candidate.
