By taking part in this promotion conducted by YMCA North Inc. (the Promoter), participants agree to have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Conditions:

'August promotion' offer: Two weeks free plus no joining fee

• The 'August promotion' offer will apply to the first two weeks of the Freedom membership type, after which the membership will be charged at the standard retail rate as applied by the participating centre
• The 'August promotion’ offer is available on the Adult Freedom weekly direct debit membership (bank/credit card) at YMCA Auckland City, YMCA Cameron Pool & Leisure Centre, YMCA Ellerslie Leisure Centre, YMCA Hamilton Recreation Centre, YMCA Lagoon Pool & Leisure Centre, YMCA Lynfield Youth & Leisure Centre, YMCA Mt Albert Community & Leisure Centre, YMCA North Shore Recreation Centre, YMCA Sir William Jordan Recreation Centre
• The 'August promotion' offer starts on 01 August 2022 and ends on 31 August 2022, 11:59 pm, NZT
• To qualify for the 'August promotion' offer, your membership must start between 01 August 2022 and 31 August 2022, 11:59 pm, NZT
• Your member account start date will be the date you purchase your membership
• The 'August promotion' membership account is NOT transferrable to any other person
• The 'August promotion' offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
• Any Freeze or Cancellations are subject to standard terms and conditions.
• Personal training, Bootcamps, 8-week challenge is not included in the 'August promotion' offer. Additional charges will apply
• The 'August promotion' membership will include entry to unlimited group classes and access to the gym at all times between the opening hours of the chosen participating YMCA centre
• Excluding the offer specific terms and conditions, YMCA normal terms and conditions apply
